Appointments are subject to confirmation.

Payment
 

Payment policies may include:

• Payment due prior to service

Cleaning prices may vary depending on:

• Size of the home or business

• Condition of the property

• Requested services

• Travel distance
   

Travel beyond 25 miles may incur an additional $1 per mile.
 

Access to Property
 

Clients must ensure cleaners can access the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available due to locked doors, alarms, or pets, a lockout fee may apply.
 

Right to Refuse Service

The Human Touch Cleaning Co. reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary.
