Service Satisfaction
 

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review the concern.
 

Whenever possible, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds
 

Because cleaning services are completed at the time of service, refunds are generally not provided once work has been performed. However, we may offer service adjustments when appropriate.

Cancellations
 

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
 

Additional Services
 

Additional work requested outside the original cleaning scope may result in additional charges.
