Terms of Service Agreement

The Human Touch Cleaning Co.

Please review and sign our Terms of Service to proceed with booking cleaning services.

1. Services Provided

The Human Touch Cleaning Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Basic home cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans
• Commercial and office cleaning

All services are provided based on availability and service location.

2. Scheduling Services

Clients may request cleaning services through our website, mobile application, email, or other approved communication methods.

Appointments are subject to confirmation. The Human Touch Cleaning Co. reserves the right to adjust or reschedule services when necessary due to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

3. Payment Terms

Payment policies may include:

• Payment required prior to service
• Recurring services may require advance payment
• Additional services requested during a cleaning appointment may incur additional charges

Prices may vary depending on home or business size, condition of the property, and additional services requested. All pricing will be communicated prior to service whenever possible.

4. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

This policy allows us to maintain fairness and scheduling availability for all clients.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.

If our team is unable to enter the property due to locked doors, incorrect entry information, alarm systems not disarmed, or pets preventing entry, a lockout fee may apply.

6. Service Area

The Human Touch Cleaning Co. services homes and businesses within a 25-mile radius of our service area.

Locations beyond 25 miles may incur a travel fee of $1 per mile. Travel fees will be discussed before scheduling the service.

7. Deep Cleaning Requirement

Homes with excessive buildup may require a deep cleaning service before recurring services begin. A custom quote will be provided prior to scheduling.

8. Additional Services

Services outside the standard cleaning scope may be billed at $40 per hour or priced individually depending on the request.

Examples may include inside appliances, interior cabinets, detailed baseboard cleaning, and additional organization or detailing.

9. Damage Policy

The Human Touch Cleaning Co. treats every home and item with care. Clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service.

The Human Touch Cleaning Co. is registered and insured (NAIC #1685) and verified claims will be addressed appropriately.

The company is not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Pre-existing damage
• Improperly secured items
• Fragile items not disclosed prior to cleaning

10. Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in the home; however, pets should be secured if they may interfere with cleaning, and aggressive animals must be contained for safety.

The Human Touch Cleaning Co. is not responsible for pets escaping if they are not properly secured.

11. Photo Permission

Occasionally, before-and-after photos may be taken for quality control or marketing purposes.

Photos will never include identifying personal information, addresses, or personal belongings without permission.

12. Right to Refuse Service

The Human Touch Cleaning Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary.

Examples may include biohazards or bodily fluids, pest infestations, hoarding conditions, mold or hazardous substances, aggressive animals, or unsafe structural conditions.

13. Policy Updates

The Human Touch Cleaning Co. may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in services, policies, or legal requirements.
